GRRO Press Release

GRRO AND INSTA PRO INTERNATIONAL COMBINE TECHNOLOGIES TO SOLVE INDUSTRY NEEDS

Eldora, Iowa-April 3, 2006

Global Resource Recovery Organization, Inc. (GRRO) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new business relationship with Insta Pro International of Des Moines to combine the GRRO Tempest drying Technology (www.grrotempest.com) with the state-of-art extruders from Insta Pro International (www.insta-pro.com).  By combining the two technologies into a new product offering, customers are now able to solve some very serious industry issues.

One of the more serious issues to be addressed first is that of poultry waste.  This includes the litter, spent hen disposal and slaughter house by-products.  By feeding those materials in to the Insta Pro extruder first, the product feed to the dryer is completely sterile and safe for human handling with out microbiological concern.
In many cases the end product produced by the combined technologies will be no longer a waste product but a value added feed product or fertilizer.

Insta-Pro® International is the equipment manufacturing division of Triple "F", Inc., a diversified agribusiness company headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa. Triple "F", Inc. was founded in 1961 and specializes in specialty nutrition and extrusion processing through its Pharmtech and Insta-Pro® International divisions respectively. In 1969, Triple "F" patented the dry extrusion technology to process soybeans. The dry extrusion technology was an immediate success and Insta-Pro® International was created to manufacture and market dry extruders. The dry extrusion method cooks, dehydrates and sterilizes feed and food ingredients.

Today, its customers operate Insta-Pro® extruders in 89 countries around the world. Their range of products is very diverse - from human foods and oilseeds pet foods and bio-processing.

Founded in 1999, GRRO is an Iowa based environmental solutions company that develops and markets cyclonic air drying technologies.  The new cyclonic drying products provide cost effective solutions for waste disposal.  The GRRO Tempest Drying System proprietary technology is unique because the only energy required to operate the system is for the blowers and conveying equipment.  There are no boilers, furnaces or steam generators required.  The technology behind the Tempest Dryers is large volumes of air moving at incredible speeds to pulverize and separate the liquids from the solids. Best of all, the new systems cam be either mobile or stationary.  The units can be brought on site and can start drying almost immediately.

Current applications include:

Pulp and Paper Sludge

All animal manures, swine, chicken, cattle, turkey

Municipal Biosolids

Ethanol DDGS to animal feed

Animal byproducts

Agricultural wastes
